A STUDENT from the University of Plymouth has been nominated for three national nursing awards, while the university itself is also up for an award at the Student Nursing Times Awards.
Jenita Loheswaran, who is studying BSc Nursing at the Truro campus, is in the running for Student Nurse of the Year (Adult), Outstanding Contribution to Student Affairs, and the Mary Seacole Award for Outstanding Contribution to Diversity and Inclusion. The winners will be announced on Friday, April 26, in London.
Jenita expressed her excitement, saying: “I’m blown away to have been shortlisted in three categories of the Student Nursing Times Awards.
