Sarai Kale Khan named after Birsa Munda

UNION Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday announced that the chowk outside Sarai Kale Khan ISBT has been renamed after tribal icon and freedom fighter Birsa Munda.

The announcement was made by Khattar, as a statue of Munda was unveiled by Union Home Minister Amit Shah at the Baansera Bamboo Park near the ISBT in southeast Delhi.
