THE wife of Bengaluru-based techie Atul Subhash (34), who had ended his life on Monday, has filed for anticipatory bail along with three of her family members in Allahabad High Court on Friday in connection with the FIR registered against them on charges of abetment of suicide.
Subhash had allegedly committed suicide, alleging harassment by his wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family members, who he claimed had filed a series of cases of marital discord against him.
The techie, before ending his life, left behind a 'Justice is Due' placard stuck to his chest, a 24-page suicide note, and also a video clip of over an hour accusing his wife Nikita, her mother Nisha, her brother Anurag, and her uncle
