NMC secretary B Srinivas, in a notice to the principals and deans of all medical colleges and institutions, referred to an earlier notice issued by the Postgraduate Medical Board (PGMEB) president and chairman Dr Vijay Oza on December 9, pertaining to ragging incidents.
