"As post-harvest crop loss is covered under crop insurance scheme, insured farmers are entitled for compensation if the crop loss has occurred in cut and spread condition or in small bundled condition within 14 days of harvest," said Rajesh Prabhakar Patil, secretary to cooperation department.
