Our country exemplifies humanity in justice system: Justice Nayak

INDIA's justice system stands out for its commitment to human rights, as it treats even convicted individuals with humanity, said Principal District and Sessions Judge Manjunath Nayak.

He was addressing the gathering at an event marking World Human Rights Day held at Zilla Panchayat here on Tuesday. Nayak highlighted that providing humane treatment to prisoners reflects the country's respect for human rights. The programme was jointly organised by the Karnataka Human Rights Commission in association with the District Legal Services Authority, District Bar Association, Zilla Panchayat, and other local NGOs.
