The winners are Nikhil Manoj, 17, and Muhammad Afthab, 15, representing the Cerebral Palsy Sports Association of India (CPSAI).
Ernakulam native Nikhil won gold in 200m running, while Afthab excelled in club throw.
The selection was based on their exceptional performance at the National CP Athletics Championship, said Cerebral Palsy Sports Association of Kerala (CPSAK) team manager Girija Kumari.
