The Karnataka High Court on Friday directed state police to release BJP MLC C.T. Ravi, noting that his arrest was prima facie illegal.
Justice M.G. Uma, granting interim relief, ordered Ravi's immediate release, provided he cooperates with the investigation. "The petitioner shall make himself available for investigation before the investigating officer as and when required," the court stated.
