Tourism, Culture and Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh unveiled the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy 2024-2029 at the Tourism Investors' Conference held in Vijayawada on Tuesday.

TOURISM, Culture and Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh unveiled the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy 2024-2029 at the Tourism Investors' Conference held in Vijayawada on Tuesday.

The event, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and AP Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation (AP Chambers), marked a significant step towards revitalising the State's tourism sector. Highlighting the government's ambitious tourism plans, Durgesh said, "The main objective is to attract investments worth ₹25,000 crore under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The policy offers comprehensive opportunities across various sectors, including temple, adventure, eco, village, wellness and agricultural tourism."
