AN army vehicle was ambushed by militants near the Line of Control (LoC) in Gulmarg sector in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district on Thursday evening. The attack killed two army men and two porters, injuring three soldiers.
In the third targeted attack in a week, militants shot at and injured a worker from Uttar Pradesh in south Kashmir's Pulwama district.
"Militants fired from automatic weapons towards the army vehicle. The fire was returned by the troops. In the militant attack, two army men and two army porters were killed and three soldiers were injured," they said.
