New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday moved the Supreme Court seeking vacation of the November 11 order for keeping UAPA accused Gautam Navlakha under house arrest by narrating three important aspects the so-called house was “unsafe” being a library under the Communist party of India, his health report suffered bias as it was prepared by a panel doctors that included his brother-in-law and that he had links with Pakistan’s nefarious Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

Navlakha’s counsel Nithya Ramakrishnan complained to CJI D Y Chandrachud-led bench that the accused has not yet been shifted to the house arrest location in breach of the SC's November 11 directions and requested urgent listing of his application before a bench headed by Justice K M Joseph for expeditious implementation of the order.
