Hyderabad: Amid a slew of job cuts across the US, a San Francisco-based Telugu couple has stepped in to help those who are suddenly finding themselves with termination letters.
The duo — Aishwarya Naresh Reganti and Sai Kiriti Badam — has revamped their online portal, www.levelup4all.org, to connect laidoff professionals with industry mentors, who can guide them to the next employment opportunity.
The free services on offer on the website’s ‘job support programme’ include tech workshops, one-on-one or group mentoring sessions, resume-building tips, mock interviews and others.
However, professionals from tech giants like Meta, Microsoft, Upstart, among others are helping the two engage with job-seekers.
