Gandhi-Nehru grandsons walk to 'save the country’

As the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Vidarbha entered its third day, more and more people have started joining it. On Friday morning, when it resumed, Mahatma Gandhi’s grandson Tushar Gandhi walked for some distance. Congress workers said Gandhi and Nehru’s grandsons are walking to save the country.

Buldhana/Akola: 

Throughout the 14km stretch of the rally, that started from the Zilla Parishad Primary School at Kupta in Balapur town of Akola district, to Varkhed Phata at Shegaon in Buldhana district, a huge number of people joined the rally, and their numbers kept swelling as it marched along.

Rahul Gandhi allowed many onlookers, who were walking with him to enter the high security zone and greet him. He allowed the tight security to relax so that more and more people could join him. All of them were allowed to talk to him for a couple of minutes each.
