Mumbai: After getting mixed reactions on challans issued to more than 200 passengers of four-wheelers found not wearing rear seat belts on the first day of their enforcement campaign, traffic police have decided to carry out an awareness campaign with fewer challans issued on day two. “Very few challans were issued on Wednesday. Instead, our focus on day two was to create awareness,” said traffic DCP Raj Tilak Roshan. Another traffic police officer said the department is still to gather details of the number of challans issued on Wednesday.
