DEMANDING Millwall boss Neil Harris wants his side to embrace the club's unique identity as he seeks to drive them up the Championship table The south Londoners' infamous home ground, The Den, is known for its fearsome atmosphere, with opponents always braced for a wall of noise from the stands.

That was certainly the case on Wednesday night| as the Lions faithful roared their side to a 1-0 win over Wayne Rooney's Plymouth to extend their impressive home form to just one defeat in five.

"When we are at The Den, we have the mentality that it's our ground, our football and our rules," said Harris.

"It's part of the fabric of the club and what we have traditionally been known for. We make coming here a challenging experience for teams, it's what we are all about and I'm determined to capitalise on it.

"We want to dominate teams in a different way when they come to our ground and really gain the upper hand from the get-go.
