'Top' Lilywhites just perfect - Lowe

Emil Riis thumped a header home inside the first minute and was involved in Will Keane’s 12th of the season, before Bobby Thomas put through his own net inside 38 minutes.

“It was a top performance,” said Lowe. “We were on the front foot from minute one and scored a set-play goal, I couldn’t have asked for any more.

“Coventry are a good team, I thought we were better all round. I’m over the moon for the boys, but it’s just another win that takes us closer to the points tally that we set yesterday.

“We’ve always played different types of football, sometimes you have to pay the opposition respect. Coventry are an attacking force who score goals at home, but they couldn’t get nowhere near what they want.
