KEANU REEVES HEALING SANDRA'S HEART!

The grieving actress has been leaning on her longtime friend

It’s been a few months since Sandra Bullock lost the love of her life, Bryan Randall, to a cruel disease, and the actress has been keeping to herself as she works through her grief in private. But behind closed doors, there’s been one person who has offered Sandra unwavering solace and support in her darkest hours – her longtime friend Keanu Reeves.

“Never underestimate just how important Keanu is to Sandra – not just now, but over the many decades they’ve been close friends,” an insider tells Woman’s Day. “He was almost like a surrogate father to her son Louis in those early days, after her awful divorce, and he has always been there for her to help pick up the pieces.”

Sandra and Keanu, both 59, first starred together in 1994’s Speed and again in the 2006 romance film The Lake House, and they’ve remained firm friends ever since.

“It was nice to go to work, she’s such a wonderful person and a wonderful actress,” Keanu said in 2019.

While they insist their relationship has never ventured into romantic territory, the pair have always offered each other a shoulder to lean on in their time of need. And it’s been no different in the months since Sandra lost Bryan.
