In legendary actor Arnold Schwarzenegger's new Netflix documentary Arnold, nothing is off limits. 

Arnie, 75, sat for hours of interviews, covering everything from his violent childhood to his messy divorce from his wife of 35 years, Maria Shriver.

"No topic was off the table and we covered all of his popularly known failures or controversies," says the documentary's director Lesley Chilcott.

Arnold says his "heart stopped" when his then-wife Maria Shriver, 67, confronted him in 2011 with her suspicions that he'd had an affair with their housekeeper Mildred Baena, 62, and fathered a son with her.

Arnold shares, "Maria and I went to counselling once a week, and during one of the sessions, the counsellor said, 'I think today Maria wants to be very specific about something. She wants to know if you are the father of Joseph!

"I thought my heart stopped.

And then I told the truth. 'Yes, Maria, Joseph is my son." Arnie admits Maria was "crushed" by his confession that he'd had a fling with Mildred in 1996.

"I have caused enough pain for my family because of my f**k-up," continues Arnie, who shares daughters Katherine, 33, and Christina, 31, and sons Patrick, 29, and Christopher, 25, with Maria. "Everyone had to suffer. Maria had to suffer. The kids had to suffer. Joseph. His mother. Everyone.
