This issue of nourish, as you might have guessed, is the wellness issue. Here we look at delicious and easy vegan and vegetarian meals and minimising food waste, which is about treading lightly. We look at warm smoothies for winter homemade herbal remedies and the ins and outs of the alkaline diet, which is about eating clean. And we’ve also looked at food addiction, the ancient foodie wisdom of Ayurveda and covering yourself in mineral mud in Vietnam, which is about having a good relationship with yourself and the world around you.
This month, the last month of winter, we suggest you order whatever you feel like for brunch (as long as it balances your dosha, we guess) and spend some time having fun in the kitchen. If that’s not wellness, we don’t know what is.
