Highlights of India Today Travel Plus magazine dated September 2013. The September issue of Travel Plus has Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiquie on its cover. The Gangs of Wasseypur star hits the jungle trail in Karnataka. The issue is a shopper’s delight as it has a lot of stuff on shopaholics- be it in India or in New York. There are articles on weekend breaks, best duty free hubs, the neglected Shekhawati region of Rajasthan and some more delightful stuff on food and celebs.

Presenting straight-from-the-heart travel pieces by the state's most respected names and essential information for the upmarket traveller, the publications were enhanced by a panoramic visual feast.

Kerala was presented in a two-series theme woven around the elements of Water and Fire; the less known north-eastern states of Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh as the exotic east. The less known but no less fascinating regions of Chhattisgarh and Sikkim too were explored through indepth articles and specially commissioned photographs. Then, there was Maharashtra Unlimited focused overview of a multi-dimensional state.
