Med hovedkontor i New York, har Magzter sin lokale tilstedeværelse i Amsterdam, London, Mexico City, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Singapore, og vil snart utvide til andre land. Magzter ble grunnlagt av de globale entreprenørene Girish Ramdas og Vijay Radhakrishnan i juni 2011, og gjør det mulig for magasin- og avisutgivere over hele verden å lage og levere digitale utgaver av titlene deres til globale forbrukere.
