PASSING THE TORCH, WITH GRATITUDE & GRACE.
I was taught by the example of my ever-wise mentor that among the final tests of true leadership are the grace to pass on the torch and the freedom of moving on, in the interest of the next generation. Such is the cycle of life.
As Biden said, “The best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation,” adding that, “there’s a time and a place for long years of experience in public life. There’s also a time and a place for new voices, fresh voices.”

Today, I’m pleased to have the distinction of bidding you farewell as the last and longest-serving member of the OG team that established and grew Augustman Malaysia to maturity, and bestowing my role and responsibilities to the new and existing team. Most importantly, I take this opportunity to express my most profound gratitude to all those who’ve contributed to the success of Augustman Malaysia over the years. I can’t thank you enough for your support, trust, confidence, and, above all, for believing in us, and sincerely wish that you keep up the love.
