A FORTNIGHT after his teammate Ben Maher landed the Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT) grand prix of Valkenswaard, Scott Brash triumphed in the Stockholm equivalent, riding his Olympic hope Hello Jefferson.
Competing in the city’s Olympic stadium, the Scotsman found the winning edge over Edwina Tops-Alexander with new ride Fellow Castlefield, while US rider Spencer Smith claimed his first LGCT podium in third with Georgina Bloomberg’s 12-year-old mare Quibelle after a high-octane four-way jump-off.
