''The silent language of painting was an ideal way to connect to myself and nature. Expressing myself through Color, Form, and Light in a universal way helps me connect to the world. I am closely drawn to portraiture for all its challenges, both technical and psychological. I always endeavor to convey the inner emotions of the sitter - Farigh Ghaderi
Farigh Ghaderi The Silent Language Of Art
Farigh Ghaderi is an internationally exhibited artist who fled from Kurdistan, born in Sofyan in the northwest of Iran.
In his twenties, he finally reached Sweden carrying a dream to become an artist. Farigh enrolled at the Ostersund School of Art in 1991 and studied there for 2 years. His admiration for the Old Masters led him to leave art school and search for somewhere to train traditionally. Ghaderi began studying at The Florence Academy of Art under Daniel Graves and his team and completed the program in 2002. He became an assistant instructor in the drawing program in 2002.
In Fall 2002, he was made responsible for the drawing course in the Academy's sculpture program.
Ghaderi also studied sculpture at the Academy from 2003-2004. His interest in Russian art led him to study at the Repin Academy for one academic year, 2004-2005.
