If nothing else 2020 will go down in history as the year there were more cancelled rod runs than any other time. As the COVID-19 restrictions came into play and then extended way beyond what anyone first expected, it soon became clear that most events planned for 2020 would have to be cancelled or postponed. Some held hope that those scheduled for the last part of the year might get to run in some form, even if modified considerably from their normal formats. But that soon turned out to be wishful thinking too.
