ELECTRIFYING MOVEMENT

ELECTRIFICATION HAS BEEN ONE OF THE biggest changes we've seen in the Indian car market for a while now. However, there aren't a lot of manufacturers who have actually gone all the way in building an all electric vehicle from the ground up, on home soil. Tata, on the other hand, decided to take this revolution a step further by readying a platform that has proved itself in Indian conditions. And so, when we got our hands on not one but both of Tata's electric vehicles (EV), the Nexon and the Tigor, we were quite impressed by their overall capabilities. Hence, we decided to try and see what a couple of our very dear friends felt if we switched things a bit for them. And the two people I'm referring to here are indeed very interesting personalities who use cars on a daily basis, one who does over 100 kilometres of highways and ghats, while the other chooses one to explore a new part of the city every day.

Our journey began with two fully charged cars and an intent to try and make a change, if not convince the two ladies by giving these two cars to them and bust their myths about EV. Now that you know our plan, let me introduce the two ladies we've been talking about: Tanvi Karle, owner of Skapa Home Design a home designer who can ideate, create, and give individuals a home to live in in less than a month. Her commuting includes a few remote locations across Maharashtra and Goa where people intend to build their holiday homes and resorts. And the other friend I'm referring to here is our very own Instagram celebrity, Sadiya Khan. Sadiya runs a social media and marketing agency in Pune and while she's not creating content for major brands across the country, she is a hardcore foodie who loves to show the world different kinds of food that she tries, every day.
