Who else would understand the subtleties and intricacies of real estate better than an author who has penned a deeply researched book on the subject? More so, when the book goes on to become a success and will soon find itself as a ready reckoner among the entire real estate fraternity – which also includes buyers. The A to Z of Residential Real Estate by Ashwinder R Singh, CEO, residential, Bhartiya Urban, may have won him many accolades, but Singh takes it in his stride and refuses to rest on his laurels.
The writing part has been well done. But Singh now has to emulate the principles in real life. The dream project that he is executing is where all this will play out.
SUITE DREAMS
Bhartiya City is not just your regular township that most people now know it as. It is a city within a city. The team at Bhartiya Urban call it City of Joy. The in-depth research to build this mammoth project is nothing short of a thesis on human needs, expectations and their joy when it is fulfilled.
Singh says, “A home is synonymous with peace, happiness and is one’s first learning ground. One cannot tamper with that. It’s not easy meeting the requirements of location, space, neighbourhood, community, tranquillity, amenities, and these are only the core needs.”
There are many aspects to the City. With an estimated built-up area close to 18 million sqft, the entire concept is based on diversity and mobility. Fulfilling all the daily requirements of human life, besides residences, the City also contains a mall, hotel, commercial buildings, IT parks, schools, and a hospital. Short of an airport and Metro, it is a complete City.
