You too can be a Dhirubhai Ambani. Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day as were given to Mother Teresa, Thomas EdEdison, Henry Ford, JRD Tata, Dhirubhai Ambani and Albert Einstein
If you love life then don’t waste time, for that is the stuff with which life is made of - Time just passes away. We even say, “how time flies.” Each and every human being has a ‘bank account,’ the name of which is ‘Time.’ Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night, it writes-off these as lost. Whatever of this “time” you have failed to invest in good purpose is gone forever. It does not carry over any credit balance. Each day, it opens a new account for you. Each night, it burns the remaining time. There is no going back. There is no drawing against the ‘tomorrow.’ Hence, invest “today’s” time wisely and in such a manner so as to get utmost utility for achieving success, wealth and happiness.
Divisions of time - A day comprises of 24 hours. An hour consists of 60 minutes, a minute consists of 60 seconds in a day. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. Scientists have further divided a second into following parts:
1. Decisecond (one-tenth of a second): the blink of an eye.
2. Centisecond (onehundredth of a second): the time it takes for a stroke of lighting to strike.
3. Millisecond (onethousandth of a second): a photograph taken at this speed will usually stop all human motion.
4. Nanosecond (onebillionth of a second): A home computer takes 2 to 4 nanoseconds executing one software transaction.
5. Picosecond (one-trillionth of a second): The shortest period of time that can be measured accurately.
