8 DAYS: You’re an actor who became a chef. Why the career change?
PHOL TANTASATHEIN: Food started out as a hobby for me. I started out writing restaurant reviews, and [eventually] decided to attend culinary school. What began as a hobby turned out to be a career! I still try to do TV shows, musicals and plays every year when I have spare time so that audiences can see me in different mediums.
