Reaching New Heights With Friends Laura Whitmore and Vanessa White Tells Ashley Roberts Why She Is Ready to Find Mr Right as She Puts Her Heart and Sole Into a New Venture.
Since leaving The Pussycat Dolls six years ago, Ashley Roberts can hardly be accused of kicking back.
The transatlantic star has appeared as a glamorous assistant on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, made it to the final of 2012’s I’m a Celebrity... Get Me out of Here! and starred in last year’s series of The Jump. As we catch up with Ashley to talk about her debut shoe range, Allyn, she also regales us with tales of going to a wizarding school for her new American TV travel and lifestyle show, 1st Look.
“I’ve been wearing a few hats… it keeps life exciting,” she laughs about her varied CV. “I feel 2017 could be a great year. I have my shoe range out that I am obsessed with, work is good, and I had an interesting trip to wizard school recently where they put a love spell on me.”
She goes on to explain: “I was in a relationship and we just broke up. It was mutual – the distance was hard so it was for the best. But I was talking to my mum and said, ‘Right, this year I’m really ready, I just need to put out some love juju.’ So I have my oils, my meditation, my spell… something has got to happen.”
ROYALLY MISTAKEN
In the past, the Arizona-born star has been linked with Prince Harry, but recently her friends hooked her up on celebrity dating site Raya to find her perfect match.
