From famously failed romances to surgery disasters, Katie Price has had more than her fair share of troubled times during her 22-year showbiz career.

And judging by these exclusive photos, the strain is beginning to show on the mum-of-five.

She looked puffy-faced and swollen as she celebrated her 40th birthday in Belgium with her new toyboy, personal trainer Kris Boyson – worlds away from the way she looked when she first rose to fame as a fresh-faced glamour model in the 90s.

And we can reveal that despite rumours she’s planning even more surgery to fix her ‘f***ed up’ face, friends fear she’s already ruined her looks for good.

‘Kate’s once-natural beauty has all but dried up – she looks scrawny and somewhat past it,’ an insider tells us.
