It’s been 10 years since a seriously bony Nicole Richie was thrown in jail (albeit very briefly!) while pregnant with her and now-hubby Joel Madden’s first bub Harlow.

But fast-forward to today, and life couldn’t be more different for the doting mum, who looks happier and healthier than she’s ever been.

Joel, too! The rock star was rocking quite the hot dad bod as he took on an inflatable water slide with kids Harlow, nine, and Sparrow, seven, during a holiday in Palm Beach, Florida earlier this month.

And according to a close family pal, Joel and Nicole’s comfy new bods are the result of loosening the reins on their previously ultra-strict diets.
