Wild rumours are flying as Zayn and Gigi call it quits...

They claim to have parted ways amicably after two years of dating, but there’s more to Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s break-up than they’re letting on.

The pair announced their split in separate statements on March 14, saying they still had “respect and adoration” for one another despite no longer being a couple.

But sources close to the pair have since told NW that the writing had been on the wall for months. Gigi, 22, had apparently grown increasingly suspicious that Zayn, 25, was straying – possibly with her former pal Kendall Jenner. Whaaat?! So much for girl code!

“Gigi hated working her butt off for months on end, while he mooched around at home or by some resort pool,” says the insider. “She couldn’t shake the feeling that while left to his own devices, he would cheat on her, especially since Gigi kept hearing rumours he was texting other models.”
