The stars are finally stepping away from the syringes and scalpels. But will the trend last?

Plastic Stars Go Back To Natural! 'Why We're Reversing Our Surgery!'

For decades, the glamorous residents of Hollywood have lived by one golden rule – plastic is fantastic. From bigger busts to smaller snouts, a trip to the surgeon’s office to get nipped and tucked was like ducking to the corner store for some milk and eggs.

But the tides now appear to be turning, with a growing number of celebs reverting back to what Mother Nature originally gave them.

Earlier this month Kylie Jenner announced on Insta that she’d “got rid of” the filler she’d been pumping into her lips since the tender age of 16.

“Kylie is loving her softer, gentler, more natural lips,” a source close to the star, 20, explains. “She was ready for a change and now that the fillers have been removed, she feels amazing and as sexy as ever.”

But how does one go about deflating their trout pout? Sources say Kylie was using the injectable Juvederm Voluma, a non-permanent filler which was actually designed to be used specifically in the mid-face area, such as the cheeks, to create more volume.

It’s said she stopped her regular injections a few months ago and then had the enzyme hyaluronidase injected into her lips to dissolve any remaining fillers.

According to Dr Dara Liotta, most fillers rely on hyaluronic acid as the key ingredient. Our bodies naturally have the enzyme hyaluronidase, which breaks down hyaluronic acid.
