‘Harvey doesn't ever judge me – it's an unconditional love'
Katie Price previously admitted she was “dreading” the day her son Harvey moved to residential college. But now, over three months after the 19-year-old started at National Star in Cheltenham, Katie couldn’t be prouder of the man he’s becoming.

“I found it really hard in the beginning,” she tells us when we catch up. “But he’s loving it there. I’ve already noticed that he’s becoming more independent.”

Katie opens up about the big change in both of their lives in her new memoir, Harvey And Me: A Mother’s Love. Documenting their mother and son relationship, the 43-year-old also discusses the challenges she’s faced with Harvey – who has a number of complex conditions, including septo-optic dysplasia, autism and Prader-Willi syndrome – throughout his life.

And as he settles into his new home, where he will stay until he’s 25, the star admits that while they miss each other, she feels like she can breathe for the first time.

“It’s made me realise how much I do for him,” Katie says. “I do step back and think to myself, ‘How did I actually even do it all on my own for all those years?’”

Here, Katie, who is currently awaiting sentencing after her drink-drive crash in September, opens up to new about visiting Harvey every weekend, her plans to spend Christmas together and the progress he’s making…
