Katie Price has made no secret of her desire to walk down the aisle with new man Carl Woods, but new can reveal there won’t be any wedding bells just yet.
Katie, who jetted off to the Maldives last week on a romantic break with her latest squeeze, is still legally married to her estranged hubby Kieran Hayler.
The mum-of-five may be keen to get hitched as soon as possible, but we can reveal she has lost some important divorce paperwork.
“Katie lost the initial divorce papers, so she has to fill out a separate lot, which could take another six weeks,” our insider explained. “In other words, it won’t be finalised this week, as originally planned.”
Never one to do things by halves, Katie has fallen hard for car dealer Carl. They’ve got tattoos of each other’s faces and Katie has had a number plate made for her electric scooter, which reads WOODS K. She also has a personalised suitcase inscribed with Katie Woods.
The pair sparked engagement rumours when they were spied in the jewelry department at London’s Selfridges, apparently looking at rings. An onlooker reportedly overheard that Carl, 31, had spent £10k on Katie, 42.
