Lauren Goodger confessed she’d been scoffing plenty of treats during the national lockdown, but now new can reveal she’s committed to a new diet and fitness regime and has already lost 8lbs.
After telling new she had been “eating and eating” behind closed doors, as well as letting her exercise routine slip, the 33-year-old has turned things around by hiring a personal trainer to improve her attitude and “tone-up”.
“At first Lauren was really struggling to eat well and get up in the morning,” our insider revealed. “But now she is working out with trainer Aimee Victoria Long and is doing a lockdown boot camp on Zoom and at a two-metre distance in the park.
“She has lost over half a stone in the first week by eating a clean diet and training three times a day.” Very impressive!
