Natasha Hamilton impressed fans when she showed off her fabulous size 10 figure as part of a body positivity challenge – and now we can reveal the secret to how she stays in such great shape.
The Atomic Kitten singer tells us she works out two to three times a week and eats “everything in moderation”.
And while lockdown has meant she can no longer hit the gym, the 37-year-old has been doing what she can at home.
“I’ve only got two 8kg kettle bells at home so I do all over body workouts with those and I do some HIIT sessions,” she tells us.
