Vicky ‘much happier' after cutting booze

Vicky Pattison is putting the past behind her as she opens up about her previous struggles with alcohol

Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison was once known for her partying ways on the hit reality show that made her famous. But last week, the 34-year-old bravely revealed how alcohol took over her life, admitting she used to drink “pretty much every day”.

Now, Vicky has said she doesn’t ever want to go back to that place after seeing her dad struggle with his own problems – and a source has revealed she’s feeling more determined than ever.

“Vicky has seen first-hand with her dad how damaging alcohol can be and she doesn’t want to go down the same path,” a source told us. “She used drinking as a crutch after the [I’m A Celebrity] jungle, but she’s much happier now and has realised she doesn’t need it to feel good about herself.”
