The road to body acceptance hasn’t been easy for Sam Frost. Having battled with insecurities since hitting TV screens on 2014’s The Bachelor Australia, and then The Bachelorette the following year, the actress has been open about her struggles.

But since focusing on a healthy diet and ramping up her fitness after taking on the role of Jasmine Delaney on Home and Away last year, Sam says she’s never felt better. ‘I was really, really proud of myself,’ the 29-year-old shared of achieving her body goals. ‘I worked so hard and it’s not easy.’
