Kate Moss Reveals - 'My New Body Philosophy'

She once said, ‘Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.’ But these days, supermodel Kate Moss is done with fad diets and unhealthy vices. ‘I’ve learnt to take care of myself a bit more,’ the 44-year-old recently shared. ‘I do yoga every day. I don’t go out nearly as much. And I take care of my skin, which somehow has held up.’

It’s a big change for the notorious party gal, who spent much of the ’90s spilling out of bars and clubs all over the globe. ‘The bad things I’ve done usually take their toll, and I’ve been quite lucky in that respect,’ Kate spills. ‘But you have to put in the work.’
