With her brains, beauty, and business skills, Mary Fitzgerald is flying high – not only as one of the biggest stars of Selling Sunset but also as the most successful realtor at The Oppenheim Group. The stunning 40-year-old has been a firm favorite from the start of the series, with fans obsessing over her former relationship with her boss Jason Oppenheim and her romance with her now-husband, Romain Bonnet, 27, whom she married at the end of season two.
As with every reality show, Mary finds herself in the middle of lots of drama – something she’s not used to. Having grown up in Indiana, before moving to New York and London for work, Mary is now based in LA where her passion for real estate is a world away from acting. And she is still trying to come to terms with the popularity of what has become one of the most loved shows on Netflix.
“During the lockdown, I had time to reflect on the show,” she says. “I am thrilled it has engaged so many viewers but the conflicts between the girls had stressed me out no end. I hate confrontations between people, my motto is to treat others the same way you would like to be treated, but let’s just say some of the girls don’t think like that!”
