Rochelle, 31, gave birth to baby Blake last month – a little brother for the couple’s daughters Alaia-Mai, seven, and three-year old Valentina.
But when we catch-up with JLS star Marvin, there’s not a single yawn insight, as the besotted new dad excitedly tells us all about their new bundle of joy.
“Blake’s really good,” Marvin says. “He’s sleeping great, feeding great and is already growing up. It’s only been a few weeks, but he’s already changed so much.”
That enthusiasm is typical of the go getting TV power couple, who by no means like doing things by halves. This year alone, the presenters have been juggling their increasingly hectic work schedules – with shows including The Hit List and This Morning – alongside some other pretty exciting changes.
Just before welcoming baby Blake, Marvin and Rochelle packed up their belongings and moved house, swapping their Essex property for a new family home in London.
Here, Marvin tells us about their latest chapter, the sweet gift Frank Lampard gave baby Blake and his secret acting ambition…
