As a child, Ria Hebden would go to Bradford Ice Arena with her grandparents. But as an adult, she admits her visit to the rink at the Natural History Museum was "more drinking mulled wine than skating".
Still, what the Lorraine presenter lacks in experience she is more than making up for in enthusiasm as she takes part in ITV's Dancing On Ice.
Ria, who has children Noah, 11, and Lula, four, with hubby Mark, says she was keen to do the show because she's always telling her kids to try new things.
And the 39-year-old says she's up for everything - except perhaps the infamous headbanger move.
Here, she tells us all about training with pro partner Łukasz Rózycki, which celebrity on the show she thinks is the naughtiest and how her interviewing skills once earned her a fist bump from Idris Elba...
Hi, Ria! You'll soon be skating in front of the nation. How has training gone?
