Most of us would love to be a fly on the wall in any royal household so we could find out what really goes on behind closed doors. And now the opportunity has arisen to do just that – although, unsurprisingly, it comes with quite a few strict guidelines.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 38, are looking for a new housekeeper to join the family at their Kensington Palace home. And for those that didn’t get to see the job vacancy – advertised on the royal household careers website – it stated that the couple are looking to hire someone who will “support the management of all housekeeping operations”.
However, before you start to fill out your application form, be aware that, while you may have excellent cleaning skills, there’s a whole lot more you’d need to bring to the table.
