The Library in Koh Samui, a member of Design Hotels, reveals a new chapter in the resort’s fast-growing story
LUXURY TRAVELLERS ARE all too familiar with The Library by now. The resort along Koh Samui’s Chaweng Beach is a landmark for discerning critics of modern design. Owned and managed by self-starter Kasemtham Sornsong and designed by Tirawan Songsawat, the resort tells a carefully crafted narrative centred on books and literature through an extraordinary expression of minimalism. The Library is finishing the construction of 20 “Secret Chapters”, each carrying on the ethos the resort is known for while adding a few twists to an exceptional tale.
These new pool villas are set to open at the end of the year, but before the resort releases the next volume of its chronicles, we have a sneak peek of these highly anticipated additions.
