After a confrontation with Quinn, a pregnant Hope took a major fall. Liam raced Hope to the hospital, where they were devastated to learn that she had lost the baby. Wyatt fumed to Deacon about his mother’s refusal to stay out of his life and defended his decision to get a restraining order issued against her. When Quinn told Wyatt what had happened with Hope, a stricken Wyatt hurried to his wife’s side and was saddened to learn that his son hadn’t survived. Hope made it clear that Quinn wasn’t responsible for her tumble. Liam called Bill with the sad news about the baby. Deacon phoned Quinn to update her about Hope, and Quinn wept when she learned her grandson’s fate. Once home from the hospital, Hope and Wyatt had a blowup about their marriage, after which Wyatt went to see Quinn to sever his ties to her. Katie worried that Bill would make trouble for himself by seeking revenge on Quinn. Liam and Hope encountered one another at Brooke’s, and she confessed that she still loved him. Before she left to visit her mom in Milan, they shared a passionate kiss.
