Brad Pitt was dressed casually in a signature newsboy cap, a loose gray button-down shirt and brown slacks as he checked out pieces from the L.A. on Fire art exhibit at the Wilding Cran Gallery in downtown Los Angeles on Nov. 16. He happily chatted and mingled with some of the artists in attendance, but the handsome actor really seemed to have eyes only for one person — his date, actress Alia Shawkat.
Things are starting to heat up between Brad and the Arrested Development star. The low-key pair have been spotted together on multiple occasions over the last few months — in October, they took in Mike Birbiglia’s one-man comedy show in L.A., and they were photographed leaving the opening of A Play Is a Poem on Sept. 21. “He’s finally found someone he connects with,” an insider tells Star of Brad, 55, who split from Angelina Jolie in 2016. He and Alia, 30, have a lot in common, adds the source, “and he’s telling friends she’s one of the most interesting women he’s met in L.A. in a very long time.”
