Jessica Simpson & Jessica Alba BILLION-DOLLAR MARRIAGES ON THE BRINK!

THEY couldn’t seem more different, one a bubbly blonde former reality star and the other an action vet known for her sexy dark looks. But Jessica Simpson and Jessica Alba have much in common. Both moms of three, they parlayed Hollywood fame into billion-dollar empires. Their husbands even went to college together. “Yale reunion weekend this weekend,” Alba tweeted from the university’s New Haven, Conn., campus in 2011, where she and Simpson hung out with their respective mates, Cash Warren and Eric Johnson, Class of ’01. “Excited to live vicariously through all those Ivy Leaguers with fancy degrees.”

They may not make it to the next reunion. Both couples have been dogged by rumors of marriage trouble, and sources tell Star they’ve nearly reached the limit. “Jessica and Cash have grown apart,” says an insider. “They don’t make time for each other and Cash feels neglected.” Meanwhile Simpson is “sick of being cooped up at home,” says a source. “She’drather be out partying with friends.”

Tellingly, the latest troubles come as both Jessicas have recently achieved career highs. In May, Alba’s The Honest Company’s IPO skyrocketed the ecofriendly label’s valuation to $2.7 billion. And in November, Simpson won a twoyear battle to regain control over her $1 billion fashion empire.

Where Is Eric?

On Nov. 17, Jessica and Eric returned to California’s San Ysidro Ranch, where he popped the question. “Celebration of 11 years being engaged and saying YES, I will marry YOU,” she posted. It’s the last time he appeared on her Instagram feed.
