Whether you believe they were on a break or not, there’s no denying that Ross Geller and Rachel Green remain one of the most iconic couples in television history and were destined for each other right from the very start. But, in what’s come as a shock to Friends fans around the world, their real-life counterparts Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer also shared an intense chemistry off-screen.
During the hit show’s recent TV special, Friends: The Reunion, the pair dropped one of the biggest scoops in sitcom history after host James Corden asked if any romances had developed off-screen amongst the cast. “The first season, I had a major crush on Jen,” Schwimmer, 54, revealed on the special. “It was reciprocated,” Aniston, 52, replied.
